After serving a few years as a financial advisor, she decided to return to the student travel industry, driven by her passion for adventure, the outdoors, and aviation. Now an airline specialist, Summer enjoys crafting unforgettable travel experiences for others. One of her favorite memories with Grand Classroom is the trip she co-guided with J.T. in Hawaii in 2016. She has a unique perspective of the business from watching it grow from inside her family home in Virginia. She currently resides in Charlotte, NC with her orange cat Finn. Outside of work, you can find her at any sports game, practicing yoga, reading a book or planning her next weekend adventure.
