Havasupai and Grand Canyon Six-Day Adventure
DAY ONE
- Arrive in Las Vegas, NV
- Meet Grand Classroom representative at baggage claim
- Lunch at Red Rock Conservation Area
- Hike Red Rock
- Depart for Kingman, AZ
- View Hoover Dam
- Dinner
- Check into hotel in Kingman, AZ
- Meeting with guides to prepare for Havasupai
DAY TWO
- Hotel breakfast
- Depart for Havasu
- Arrive at trailhead in early morning - hike ten miles to campground
- Lunch on trail
- Arrive at campground and set up camp
- Swim at Havasu Falls
- Dinner at camp
- Sleep under the stars or in a tent
DAY THREE
- Breakfast
- We will break into groups of 5-7 people per guide to explore the Canyon, swim in Havasu and Mooney Falls
- Lunch on hike
- Return to camp for dinner
- Camp games
DAY FOUR
- Early breakfast and prepare for hike out of the Canyon
- 10 mile hike out of the canyon
- lunch
- Meet the bus for trip to Flagstaff
- Check into hotel in Flagstaff, AZ
- Dinner
- Rock Climbing- Challenge yourself to scale the walls at this indoor facility in downtown Flagstaff
- Return to hotel
DAY FIVE
- Hotel breakfast
- Depart for Page, AZ
- Tour Sunset Crater Volcano and Wupatki National Monuments en route
- Marvel at the volcanic crater formed almost 1000 years ago and visit what was once home to many farmers and traders over the last 1000 years
- Horseshoe Bend
- Lunch
- Float trip on the Colorado River- Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Glen Canyon while floating down the Colorado River
- Dinner
- Check into hotel in Kanab, UT
DAY SIX
- Hotel breakfast
- Depart for Zion National Park
- Hike the Narrows(weather permitting)
- Lunch
- Depart for Las Vegas, NV
- Farewell dinner
- Depart for home
