DAY ONE

  • Arrive in Berlin airport
  • Meet Grand Classroom representatives at baggage claim
  • Board coach and transfer to city centre

DAY TWO

  • Hotel breakfast
  • Visit the Jewish Museum. Learn more about the Jewish history, including Shoah and “displaced person” camps
  • Discover the East Side Gallery. Located right within the heart of Berlin, this section of the Berlin Wall is now a monument that stands for freedom. It is the largest open air gallery in the world
  • Head to Alexanderplatz and climb the TV Tower
  • Dinner
  • Return to hotel

DAY THREE

  • Check out of your hotel
  • Board coach for transfer to Potsdam, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the capital of Brandenburg
  • Visit Sanssouci Palace, the 'Versailles of Germany'
  • Lunch
  • Board coach and continue to Leipzig
  • Enjoy a music related guided tour of Leipzig, one of the musical capitals of Europe. Today you will learn about world-famous musicians such as Wagner, Bach, Mendelssohn and Schumann
  • Visit St. Thomas Church. Founded in the 12th century, St. Thomas Church is nowadays famous for its connection to Johann Sebastian Bach
  • Check into hotel
  • Dinner

DAY FOUR

  • Hotel brekafast
  • Check out of hotel
  • Board coach and depart for Nuremberg, Bavaria's second-largest city
  • Lunch on arrival in Nuremburg
  • Enjoy a walking tour of the city. You will see sights such as the Fleischbrücke-Bridge, St Lorenz Church and the Schöner Brunnen, a beautiful 14th century fountain representing the world view of the Holy Roman Empire
  • Continue to Munich after walking tour
  • Check into hotel
  • Dinner

DAY FIVE

  • Sightseeing tour of Munich, including Maximilianstrasse, the Residenz, winter palace of early royalty; Alte Pinakothek, and the old town hall
  • Lunch
  • Free time in Munich

DAY SIX

  • Visit Neuschwanstein, King Ludwig II’s magnificent castle
  • Visit Oberammergau, a beautiful picturesque town
