Susan has been part of student educational travel since childhood. She helped with her family business by welcoming students from around the country on their class trip to Williamsburg, Virginia. Forty-plus years later, she's still passionate about the life-changing experiences travel provides for students and educators exploring the world. She is currently focused on hotels and special projects within the Operations team at Grand Classroom. When not there, she's likely with one (or all) of her eight grandchildren, three grown children, her husband, or on a horse! Yeeha!
