Claire was born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia. She earned a BA in History and a Master’s in secondary Social Studies from William & Mary - Go Tribe! She spent six wonderful years teaching before finding her way to Grand Classroom. Her favorite part of travel is early morning runs in new places. It is a wonderful way to take in the sights and watch the locals begin their day. When not in the office, she is likely with her husband, two sons, and chocolate lab off on an adventure!
